Ted has dedicated his entire career to helping clients resolve the wide range of problems that arise in the employment relationship. Ted’s experience is rarely found among employment lawyers, because he has worked extensively on both sides of the fence. For years, he practiced at one of Ohio’s largest law firms, representing mostly large employers, including Fortune 500 and multi-national corporations. Since joining the firm in 2007, Ted has focused his practice on helping individuals protect and assert their legal rights. In fact, Ted’s passion is helping individuals who might otherwise feel like they are at a disadvantage against employers represented by larger firms. Drawing on his wealth of experience on both the employer and employee side, Ted levels the playing field for his individual clients.

Ted’s clients range from hourly workers, to professionals to corporate CEOs. He has successfully litigated virtually every manner of employment-related claim, including race, sex, age and disability discrimination claims, sexual harassment claims, race harassment claims, breach of contract claims and unpaid wage and overtime claims. Ted also regularly represents executives in contract and severance negotiations. Regardless of the matter, Ted achieves success for his clients by making their problems his problems.
